形態特徵

• Herbs, perennial; stems very short, densely pubescent.
• Rosette leaves oblanceolate, 3–7 cm long, 1–2 cm wide,apex obtuse, base cuneate, margins undulate or shallowly crenate, upper surface green, scabrous, lower surface pale, densely pubescent along costa and veins, lateral veins 7–9 per side; petioles to 2.5 cm long; pubescent.
• Racemes usually terminal, to 12 cm long, rachis slightly pubescent, sometimes branched at base; bracts spatulate, ca. 2.5 mm long, margins bearing a few ascending teeth; bracteoles linear; calyx deeply 5-partite, segments linear, subequal, margins sparingly hirsute; corolla white, to 1 cm long, glabrous, limb 5-lobed, lobes subequal; stamens 4, inserted below middle of corolla tube, filaments glabrous; style ca. 8 mm long, glabrous.
• Capsule oblong, compressed, glabrous; seeds subglobose.

分布

• 台灣 : known only from the Taipei region.
• 世界 : Southern China and the Ryukyus.
